However, not all students access equally the careers education, information and guidance available to them, and we know through our experience that this can impact equality of opportunity and outcome.

Here at Sambamba, we wanted to do something about this as we believe that everyone should be able to fulfil their full potential in their career, regardless of their background and start in life.

We deliver career planning and management training and services which help university students and graduates take informed and impactful action at critical points in their career and education. This can be designed to meet the individual needs of your students and graduates, and can include 1-1 guidance, group coaching, and professional skills training, workshops and programmes.
