Sambamba was founded with a simple purpose: to empower ambitious individuals to take informed and impactful action at critical points in their career and life, to craft their own destinies and honour their true selves.

Despite being the first person from my inner city London state school to get into Oxbridge in 10 years, I realised in the early stages of my Law degree that I did not intend on qualifying as a solicitor or barrister. This was because choosing to do so would have felt misaligned with my personal values and career priorities at the time. Instead, I made a career decision which felt authentic to me, rather than being driven by the expectations of others and external influences. Making values-aligned and authentic choices has been the guiding principles for all my career decisions to date and through Sambamba, I help others to do the same.

I combine my careers, coach and education training, with lived experience and proven practice, to enable others to identify what really matters to them and make career choices which align with the life they want to live, rather than the one society or someone else wants for them, or the one that they have fallen into and now feel trapped by.
